I came and stayed a few days with my one year old daughter at the retreat. I found myself actually able to relax! The staff very friendly and helpful. The place is unique, the rooms are beautiful, decorated with 4 poster beds, lace mosquito nets, stained glass windows and beautiful mosaic tiles. It was a true Bali experience. The restaurant was great, the food was very healthy and refreshing. My favorite was the avocado nut salad and green dragon juice. They also had a homemade tofu lasagna which was very delicious. I recommend Shankari's Bali Retreat to anyone!
